November 9, 2023 Update Reminder for required trainings GCN Trainings: Good news! 66% of all staff have completed the required online trainings. Cheer your colleagues on so they can complete the rest of their courses. As a reminder, we expect everyone to complete their trainings by Thanksgiving. See your supervisor if you have any questions about the expectations or deadline. Oath Requirement Required Oath: New York State requires all civil service employees and all certified staff to sign an oath once during their career. In an effort to address this requirement, we communicated with union leaders to let them know that we will be sending the form once to all employees and then making it part of our onboarding process starting on December 1st.
