  October 31, 2022 Human Resources Update "See Something Say Something!"  We want to remind everyone about the  Safe Schools Helpline Link  that is on our homepage and each school's homepage.  This anonymous reporting system is for students, parents and staff.  Each report is followed up on.  Mandatory reporter training was provided by Bivona in person last October 7, 2021 and March 15, 2022 and through our GCN service this year.  GCN has updated their mandated reporter training for 2023-24.  Here is the link to the  NYS Mandated Reporter Guide . August 2022 Human Resources Update Hiring:  We are thrilled to welcome several new staff members this year in every building and department.  One of our goals this year is to create an affirming and welcoming environment.  Please introduce yourself and give them a warm Hilton welcome when you see a new staff member! Required Trainings: We have consolidated all of our required trainings to the GCN Training Platform this year.  We recognize these videos and style of learning are not for everyone.  However, these videos are important.  Last year, we conducted the "Child Abuse" training in person during the October and March Conference/Consultation Days with Bivona.  This new training will meet the expectation of recognizing types of abuse, as well as the mandated reporting requirements.
